RSS the new USENET for me.

This may be a obvious comment, but after using the excellent Google reader for a few days, I find the listing of blog posts and comments as appealing as USENET newsgroups that I sort of grew up with. This and all of the new dynamic interactions that was not possible with newsgroups. Great stuff!
