Jobster and Linkedin need more of a range of features that allow members to pick their level of participation. Not everyone is going to be a heavy content producer. Right now, there seems to be a mixture of Super Connectors/Catalysts(Creators), Profile only(Spectators), and Non-networked(Inactives). How could the participation of Critics, Collectors, Joiners, and/or other intermediate levels described by Forrester Research stimulate new ideas in the employment social networking domain?
